UI/UX Designer - Telehealth Platform (Part-Time Remote)

Overview

Cloudcure is a Canadian telehealth company specializing in GLP-1 and weight management care. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the patient and provider experience as we scale.

In Short

• Part-time contract position (10-15 hours/week), fully remote.
• Work directly with product and development teams.
• Design patient-facing flows for onboarding, eligibility, consultations, and prescriptions.
• Improve the provider dashboard for clinical teams.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency.
• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma and mobile-first responsive web applications.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Experience in health tech, SaaS, or patient-facing products.
• Understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a fast-moving team.
• Bonus: experience with telehealth or regulated health platforms.
