Grants Management Specialist - Remote

In Short

• Enhance grants management capabilities within an existing team.
• Support the full life cycle of grant programs from application to compliance.
• Familiarity with HUD or HHS grants management processes required.
• Organize and maintain critical grants files and project documents.
• Document grants management protocols and provide support to Government clients.
• Participate in data validation and analysis projects.
• Troubleshoot and assist in resolving grant issues.
• Prepare analytic reports for HUD and grant recipients.
• Undertake technical leadership of analysis, reporting, training, or technical assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of experience; OR Master’s degree with 1-2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Understanding of the entire grants life cycle and associated risks.
• Experience with federal grants and compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with analysis and reporting systems for federal grants.
• Experience analyzing data from federal grant reporting.
• Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in technical writing or quantitative analyses.
• Solid attention to detail and willingness to collaborate in remote settings.
