Overview

The Senior Manager, Contracts & Budgets, oversees and manages all aspects of contract development, administration, and negotiation within the organization.

In Short

• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of complex commercial and vendor contracts.
• Develop and revise budgets to support work orders and change orders.
• Advise senior leadership on contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Develop and implement standard contract templates and procedures.
• Assist with the implementation of the CLM platform and team training.
• Manage contract renewals and amendments through the CLM platform.
• Resolve contractual disputes through effective negotiation.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping within the CLM platform.
• Provide training on contract management processes to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, finance, business, or related field.
• Five or more years in contract development and administration roles.
• Experience in budget development for contracts.
• Experience with complex contracts and legal collaboration.
• Working knowledge of contract law and risk management.
• Experience with CLM systems preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and advanced Excel skills required.
• High attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
