The role focuses on the design and management of the online academy (ClimateMind Academy), where you will support learners and contribute to the development of the Academy, ensuring access to psychological knowledge for real climate protection.

Requirements

• Currently studying Psychology, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong organization skills and self-management abilities.

• Ability to analyze educational materials and suggest improvements.
• Creativity in developing new online learning content.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Team player with a proactive communication style.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Flexibility to work 2 hours per day during weekdays.
• Willingness to contribute to social entrepreneurship initiatives.
