Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable - Remote

Overview

As a Finance Analyst at ClickHouse, you will oversee accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate bill coding, timely payments, and associated reconciliations. This role requires proactive troubleshooting, independent work, attention to detail, and dependability.

In Short

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including entering, classifying, and verifying vendor invoices.
• Maintain vendor details and reconcile accounts payable ledger.
• Verify and investigate discrepancies in vendor accounts.
• Assist with year-end 1099 preparation for vendors.
• Manage corporate expense credit card reports and reconcile accounts.
• Analyze accounts payable data for trends and improvements.
• Support internal and external financial statement audits.
• Perform onboarding tasks in Expensify and Netsuite for new hires.
• Assist Finance/Operations team with ad hoc tasks.
• Engage with department spend owners and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a Cloud software company.
• Experience with Bill.com, Expensify, and Netsuite preferred.
• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and accountability skills.
