In Short

• Role: Product Designer
• Work closely with the Director of Engineering and product team
• Ownership of design for web and mobile apps
• Focus on design quality, usability, and consistency
• Work includes wireframing and interaction design
• Develop visual design and design systems
• Iteration on existing product experiences
• Part of a small, detail-oriented team
• Work schedule: Four days per week (36 hours)
• Excitement for church and non-profit technology space

Requirements

• Exceptional taste and strong product thinking
• Genuine care for the church and non-profit sector
• Experience in product design and usability
• Ability to work independently as the sole designer
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to iterate based on feedback
