• Assess customer applications and deliver high-quality recommendations.
• Provide expert advice on second charge mortgage options.

• Collaborate with case managers to support customer applications.

Requirements

• CeMAP 1 qualified and 2 years of sales experience.
• Performance-driven mindset with accountability for targets.
• Best-in-class customer experience focus.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
• Organized and able to manage multiple cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed.
