Overview

As a GTM Consultant at Clayground, you will help organizations leverage cutting-edge technology to transform their sales and marketing into a high-performance engine, bridging the gap between sales strategy and technical execution.

In Short

  • Conduct client onboarding from ICP definition to project management setup.
  • Build and operate GTM infrastructure, including lead sourcing and CRM integrations.
  • Drive results for clients through campaign setup and iteration.
  • Consult clients on CRM setup and related automations.
  • Maintain and improve internal operations and feedback loops.
  • Build campaigns and automations for internal sales efforts.
  • Create marketing assets and keep web presence up to date.
  • Help organize events or attend industry conferences in Europe.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a GTM Engineer/Consultant.
  • Experience with GTM tools like Clay and Instantly.
  • Fluency in English and German; based in Europe timezone.
  • Structured thinker, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Good communicator with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about AI and automation.
