In Short

• Coordinate guest outreach, booking and scheduling for current and future podcasts.
• Prepare guest briefings, interview outlines and talking points.
• Liaise with producers/editors; review and log edit notes.
• Draft supporting assets (show notes, metadata, episode descriptions, social captions).
• Track approvals and publishing deadlines.
• Write and adapt short- and mid-form copy for various channels.
• Ensure copy aligns with brand tone and compliance requirements.
• Maintain content calendars and social publishing schedules.
• Maintain episode and asset trackers, content libraries and version control.
• Coordinate with compliance, design, and marketing ops teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content, marketing, or communications.
• Excellent written English and ability to adapt tone for consumer audiences.
• Comfortable handling admin tasks and project coordination.
• Experience writing copy for email, social or web (portfolio required).
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Confident using content tools (Google Workspace, CMS, scheduling platforms).
• UK-based and able to attend office one day per week.
• Familiarity with podcasts or production workflows is a bonus.
• Understanding of regulated-industry marketing is a bonus.
• Social media management experience is a bonus.
• Awareness of SEO principles or accessibility standards is a bonus.
• Experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
