Overview

Clarity Clinic is seeking passionate Clinical Therapists to provide evidence-based therapy sessions and ensure exceptional client care while managing a consistent caseload.

In Short

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to various populations.
• Manage a caseload of 24+ client sessions per week.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Oversee assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals.
• Participate in organizational trainings and professional development.
• Promote Clarity Clinic’s mission and adhere to policies.

Requirements

• Fully licensed as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois.
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
