Requirements

• 3–7 years of hands-on product design experience at startups or in founder-style roles.
• Shipped real features with real metrics in production — not just concept decks.
• Think in flows, not screens — design systems, not just pages.
• Deeply collaborative, low ego, and high output.
• Strong opinions, weakly held — want feedback, not permission.
• Care as much about usability and performance as aesthetics.
• Comfortable working 60–80 hour weeks on something you believe in.
• Live for the craft, get high on improving the experience.
