Project Manager - 100% Remote

Overview

Project Manager will provide comprehensive management support for the eFOS+ program under the direction of FDIC’s Division of Administration’s Chief of Technology and Innovation. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and oversee the execution of complex tasks across technical and operational domains.

In Short

• Provide governance and oversight for eFOS+ program.
• Manage program risks and report status weekly.
• Build relationships with collaborating offices.
• Ensure data integrity and stewardship.
• Research best practices and emerging technologies.
• Oversee eFOS+ Service Desk operations.
• Develop and maintain reports using Power BI.
• Track Functional Performance Goals and contract metrics.
• Coordinate with DIT teams on various technical aspects.
• Prevent unnecessary system customization.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Power BI and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Experience in resource allocation and task planning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• PMP certification (Preferred).
