Overview

The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning, execution, and governance of all credit risk-related technology programs, ensuring alignment with the long-term technology roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience leading medium/large cross-functional team projects.
• PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
• Understanding of credit risk management principles.
• Technical knowledge of credit risk technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with regulatory-driven initiatives.
• Ability to balance long-term innovation with immediate needs.
