Overview

The Payroll Data Management Analyst is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to NAM GPS Head, focusing on financial oversight, program management, and business analysis.

• Provide operational support to NAM GPS Head.
• Manage regional operating performance reports.
• Ensure data integrity and quality in reports.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports.
• Coordinate GPS NAM Operating Report.
• Assist in designing and creating new reports.
• Manage GPS NAM SharePoint and other eTools.
• Review and improve processes within GPS NAM.
• Compile and analyze various GPS NAM related data streams.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• 2-5 years relevant experience in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and SharePoint management.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Capable of dealing with ambiguity in a complex organization.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
