The Associate Banker is responsible for providing comprehensive service support to clients in the Mexico market, requiring bilingual skills in Spanish and English.

• Provide complete service support to clients, addressing complex inquiries.
• Assist Bankers with documentation for account management and loan disbursals.
• Organize client meetings and maintain call records.
• Help in profiling and converting prospects into clients.
• Support existing client relationships through deep-dive analysis.
• Assist in creating sales and marketing strategies for revenue growth.
• Conduct research to generate leads and develop prospects.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML documentation.
• Assess risk in business decisions while adhering to compliance regulations.
• Participate in coaching and training of new recruits.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in banking or finance.
• Knowledge of investments and banking products.
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with the Mexico Private Banking space is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
