Assistant Vice President - Data Management/Information Analyst - Remote

Overview

The role of Officer – Data Management/Information Analyst will be part of AIM team based out of Bengaluru, India supporting the Global Workforce Optimization unit. The primary responsibility of the GWFO team is to forecast future demand and the capacity required to fulfill the demand.

In Short

• Work with Citi’s Analytics & Information Management group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for capacity planning.
• Forecast inbound/outbound call volume and back-office process volume.
• Design data solutions for tracking key business metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and support technical solutioning.
• Develop multi-dimensional data assets and pipelines.
• Create engaging dashboards for decision making.
• Manage reporting and data needs effectively.
• Drive innovation and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance in data solutions implementation.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Data Management/engineering.
• Expertise in SQL and PySpark/Python.
• Prior experience in an Operations role is desirable.
• Experience with MS Office and BI Visualization tools like Tableau is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years mentoring experience.
