Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Squad Leader to spearhead our AI Enablement initiative. This role will lead a cross-functional team responsible for implementing AI solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and value across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with 3+ years focusing on AI/ML implementations
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful technology projects
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, tools, and implementation methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
• Fluent English level
