We are looking for a Tech Lead / Software Architect to join our development team and drive our pursuit of technical excellence and continuous innovation.

• Monitor metrics to track the engineering team's maturity.

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with best software engineering practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a focal point for the client.
• Clear and objective communication, navigating between technical and business layers.
• Experience in Java development with Spring Boot.
• Significant experience in developing web applications and RESTful services.
• Knowledge of React and web development.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
