• Own the design and implementation of large-scale levels.
• Create compelling mission flows, encounters, and environmental puzzles.

• Implement gameplay logic and level scripting using Unreal Engine Blueprints.
• Collaborate with Environment Art to ensure level layouts support gameplay and visual excellence.
• Partner with various teams to integrate encounters and narrative beats.
• Provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers.
• Document level design standards and best practices.
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Be a key point of contact for multiple departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Level Design within the gaming industry.
• Shipped at least one AA+ title.
• Mastery of Unreal Engine, with proficiency in Blueprints.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating understanding of pacing and player psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A deep passion for gaming and immersive worlds.
