Overview

The Risk Analyst will ensure the integrity of campaigns on Chuffed by detecting risks, investigating flagged campaigns, and systematizing learnings into new protocols.

In Short

Conduct reviews of new fundraising campaigns to identify potential risks.
Monitor existing campaigns for risk signals.
Analyze donation patterns to flag emergent risks.
Review community complaints regarding fraudulent activity.
Provide empathetic support to customers and stakeholders.
Continuously improve automated detection systems.
Provide feedback for campaign investigation processes.
Input into product improvements to manage risk.

Requirements

Experience in risk analysis or related field.
