Requirements

• 12+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, or cross-platform ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives and mentor peers.
• Proficient in design tools like Figma.
• Strong product design portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions.
• Experience with motion, design systems, and accessibility standards is a plus.
• Growth mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus for experience working on PaaS or SaaS products.
