Overview

The Graphic Design Representative will support the Communications Team by developing high-quality visual and graphic content, creating engaging flyers, publications, social media graphics, and digital and print campaigns aligned with CDA’s brand identity.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Highly skilled in proofreading and editing visual content.
• Experience creating content for web and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience in nonprofit or social service environments is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
