We are looking for a Booking Specialist to join our team in a remote position. This role involves supporting the daily operations of your own travel agency while ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

• Manage communications – Handle inbound calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Experience in the travel industry is not necessary
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Problem-solving mindset with resourcefulness and creativity.
• Familiarity with a computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint and Google platforms)
