Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• 8+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Experience with catastrophic injury and product liability.
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions.
• Preferred experience cross-examining witnesses.
• Trial experience a plus.
• 2nd chair trial experience a plus.
• Superior analytical skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
