Postgres/Supabase Expert or AI Engineer (NodeJs) - Remote or Vienna

Overview

We are looking for experts. Or at least people who pretend to be experts but are willing to dive in like one.

In Short

• Seeking two profiles: Postgres Expert and AI Engineer.
• Postgres Expert: Optimize DB queries, manage slow query logging, and improve performance.
• AI Engineer: Develop chat and voice AI, including building transcribers and working with cutting-edge models.
• Work with systems that process millions of events and messages in real-time.
• Collaboration with backend teams to ensure scalable and performant AI components.
• Experience with relational databases and query optimization for Postgres.
• Strong knowledge in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Production experience deploying models and working with LLMs and embeddings.
• Company retreats and offsite events several times a year.

• Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.
