Overview

The Clinical Care Supervisor at ChartSpan is responsible for leading a team of Patient Care Coordinators in the Clinical Department, ensuring quality service and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Compact LPN or RN licensure is required.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a remote contact center.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to motivate and encourage employees.
  • Disciplined and self-motivated individual.
  • Driven to learn about the industry.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
