Overview

The CIO provides vision, leadership and advocacy in the strategic planning and implementation of information technology services to advance the College's mission and vision. This role involves overseeing all technology services, fostering a positive technology culture, and managing the IT division's personnel and resources.

In Short

  • Lead the management of the College’s enterprise systems portfolio.
  • Direct the College’s HelpDesk operations and support framework.
  • Provide strategic leadership for Infrastructure Technology Services.
  • Implement a responsible AI strategy for business operations.
  • Champion automation of student-facing administrative processes.
  • Guide IT teams in prioritizing projects and activities.
  • Serve as a key member of the Executive Team for strategic planning.
  • Develop and manage budgets for IT infrastructure and personnel.
  • Lead vendor selection and contract negotiation processes.
  • Act as the College’s lead cybersecurity officer.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Experience managing enterprise systems like ERP platforms.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience in technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and IT literacy.
  • Prior CIO or deputy CIO experience preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools and policies preferred.
  • Proven track record in cybersecurity and infrastructure management preferred.
