Overview

The Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for providing operational oversight of properties within the Charities Housing portfolio, ensuring fiscal performance, regulatory compliance, and maintaining property integrity.

In Short

  • Manage operational oversight of multiple properties.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective property operations.
  • Maintain high occupancy rates and adherence to budgets.
  • Supervise property management staff and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Prepare for and attend site audits and inspections.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure goals are met.
  • Knowledge of Tax Credit compliance standards.
  • Ensure efficient office procedures and legal compliance.
  • Provide administrative and financial oversight.
  • Maintain disaster recovery plans for properties.

Requirements

  • B.A. degree preferred.
  • Current Tax Credit Specialist Certification desired.
  • Two or more years of Regional Manager-level experience required.
  • Knowledge of property maintenance functions.
  • Experience supervising and developing staff.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Yardi and Excel.
  • Experience with Permanent Supportive Housing preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Specific knowledge of Tax Credit rules and HUD regulations preferred.
