Overview

We are seeking a Director of Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) to lead the architecture, deployment, and optimization of our machine learning infrastructure and models.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems.
• Oversee LLMs and neural network predictive modeling pipelines.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Collaborate with the Engineering Architect to build robust ML pipelines.
• Manage and mentor a growing team of MLEs.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to drive measurable outcomes.
• Guide adoption of emerging technologies for model efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and security standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, Rust, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Proven track record in deploying LLM-based solutions at scale.
• Experience with CI/CD Integrations and ML Data versioning.
• Mastery of MLOps tools and processes.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and production data engineering.
• Ability to influence architecture and strategy.
• Experience in mentoring technical talent.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advertising technology experience is a plus.
