• Lead a talented group of engineers responsible for developing and maintaining the Chainlink Deployments Platform.
• Drive the ongoing development and improvement of the CLD framework.
• Define operational standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Partner with product, infrastructure, and data platform teams.

• Champion best practices in reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience in blockchain technologies or related Web3 infrastructure preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams focused on deployment frameworks.
• Strong understanding of secure contract management and multisig operations.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving technologies.
