Founder Associate Internship (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with our founding team and be involved in all entrepreneurial, strategic, and operational processes. Our solution automates complex commission processes for finance and sales teams.

In Short

• Support the founding team in strategic decisions and daily operations
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customer feedback to derive actionable recommendations
• Contribute to go-to-market, sales, and marketing activities, such as creating landing pages and developing campaign ideas
• Collaborate closely with the product team and incorporate user perspectives into product development
• Take independent ownership and implementation of your own projects from conception to realization

Requirements

• You are a student in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, etc.)
• You are interested in startups, entrepreneurship, and digital business models
• You work structured, proactively, and hands-on, and are not afraid to take responsibility
• You have a good technical understanding and want to learn more about SaaS, product development, and B2B sales
• You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working remotely in a team
