Overview

The ABA Intake Coordinator is responsible for managing the intake and referral process across the organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of referrals and serving as a key contact for clinicians and staff.

• Remote role - Must be in CA, HI, OR, WA, or CO
• Responsible for managing intake and referral processes
• Collect and verify client information
• Monitor assessments and support scheduling teams
• Assist in orientation of new staff
• Document interactions with clients
• Utilize referral tracking systems
• Communicate with funding sources
• Participate in administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent college coursework
• 3-5 years of ABA intake experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience with CentralReach and CRM systems
• Proficient in word processing and database software
• Strong communication and editing skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Familiar with the ABA field
• Sensitive to diverse populations
