Staff Vice President, Utilization Management - Remote

In Short

• Plan and drive execution of Medical Management utilization programs.
• Provide vision and strategic leadership for compliant utilization management best practices.
• Direct collaboration within cross-functional teams to advance the utilization management program.
• Lead data-driven decision making to improve outcomes.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions for efficiency.
• Establish standard operating procedures for consistency in quality and service outcomes.
• Monitor service level agreements to meet customer needs.
• Serve as a change agent in decision making and coaching.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Master's in nursing or business preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in managed care or health plan organizations.
• Experience with Managed Medicaid preferred.
• Current nursing license preferred.
