• Processes and maintains eligibility information for individuals and employer groups.
• Handles enrollments, plan changes, and disenrollment transactions.
• Reviews accounts for delinquency and membership reconciliation.
• Communicates policies and procedures to members and employers.
• Provides support for incoming correspondence regarding eligibility.
• Interacts with other departments to resolve eligibility issues.
• Offers cross-training and back-up to other enrollment groups.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Two years of general office work preferred.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of general office work experience.
• One year of experience in an HMO insurance or medical setting preferred.
• Experience processing Medicare member enrollment is highly preferred.
