Clinical Research Associate (CRA) Team Lead - Remote

In Short

• Oversee monitoring and site management activities for clinical trials.
• Provide leadership to a team of Clinical Research Associates.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and onboarding training for new staff.
• Ensure adherence to Celerion’s procedures and best practices.
• Monitor staff workload and allocate resources effectively.
• Support day-to-day execution of monitoring services for ongoing projects.
• Interact with Sponsors/Clients and participate in meetings.
• Participate in audits and inspections as needed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Celerion IT systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a biomedical-related field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in clinical operations with 3 years onsite monitoring experience.
• People management skills preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Experience in site visits and maintaining Trial Master Files.
• Willingness to drive to the Tempe, Arizona site.
