Overview

The CDC Foundation seeks a COVID-19 and Other Contracted Public Health Outreach Planner Evaluator III who will support the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. This position reports to the Communicable Disease Branch, within the Epidemiology Section of the Division of Public Health. The primary purpose of this position is to plan for the management and sustainability of surveillance software development, being used to track COVID-19 and other outbreaks.

In Short

Requirements

  • Master's degree in public or human service administration or related field.
  • Three years of human service experience, two in program planning.
  • Working knowledge of statistical programs.
  • Ability to design data-gathering instruments.
  • Experience in program evaluation and analysis.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Considerable knowledge of human service administration.
  • Ability to review and evaluate human service programs.
  • Experience in community service planning concepts.
  • Ability to make recommendations based on data analysis.
