The Recruitment Consultant role at CCG Talent Management is a 100% commission-based position focused on connecting candidates with job opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Work full-time hours (40 hours per week).
  • 100% remote position.
  • Close placements in 30 days or less.
  • Place job ads on various online channels.
  • Evaluate applications and provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct intake meetings with clients.
  • Network with candidates through head hunting and cold calls.
  • Use CRM to keep detailed records of applicants.
  • Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
  • Build trust with clients through follow-up and communication.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business management or human resources desired.
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter.
  • Experience with various interview formats.
  • Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Able to work on 100% commission.
  • Must have own phone and computer.
  • Limited recruitment resources will be provided.
  • Additional tools and resources for recruitment are desired.
