Construction Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual for a long-term position as a Construction Project Manager, who takes pride in their work product and relationships.

In Short

• Overall Project Management responsibilities
• Budget management including cost tracking and forecasting
• Contract management and adherence to owner contract requirements
• CPM Schedule Development and tracking
• Oversight of RFI’s, procurement, and submittals
• Facilitate weekly meetings with Owner/Architect/Contractor
• Collaborate with Project Superintendent
• Manage and oversee Project Engineers
• Develop professional relationships with Owners and Architects
• Participate in interviews to win work

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry
• Prior project experience as Project Manager on jobs $3M+
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field
• Must be a resident of the United States
• Healthcare and/or educational project experience preferred
• Good references from previous Owner & employer
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Leadership skills and accountability
