Cayuga Health System AVP of Clinical Transformation and Nursing Practice - Remote

Overview

The Cayuga Health System AVP of Clinical Transformation and Nursing Practice will report directly to the System CNE and have oversight of strategic implementation and improvement of clinical care, integrating clinical operational experience and evidence-based practice to drive cohesive systemized plans for staff to deliver benchmark level care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master's degree required (MSN, MBA, MHA, or leadership focused).
• RN License in the State of New York.
• 8-10 years of acute care hospital experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital leadership experience as a director.
