• We are looking for a dynamic Major Gifts Specialist.
• Focus on building a network of philanthropic supporters across Eastern Canada.
• Manage a portfolio of 80-150 major gift donors and prospects.
• Conduct 100 to 180 quality personal visits per year.
• Secure major gifts of $50,000+.
• Develop compelling proposals and grant applications.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with donors and partners.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders.
• Support fundraising efforts at organizational events.
• Hybrid work model with flexibility for remote work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in major gift fundraising.
• Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• A data-driven approach to managing donor pipelines.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Knowledge of philanthropic trends and best practices.
