Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue systems and technical operations.
• Proven experience with AI-driven automation in production.
• Expert-level proficiency in Claude and related tools.
• Strong ability to communicate complex systems to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in U.S. residential real estate is preferred.
• Technical fluency in CRM architecture and lead routing.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhook integrations.
• Comfortable in imperfect environments with shifting priorities.
• Ability to work with high-driver personalities.
• Hands-on experience in building and implementing systems.
