Communications Designer for Marketing (All Identities) - Remote

Overview

At Caspar Health, you have the unique opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare! As a digital rehabilitation platform, we offer patients tailored therapy plans supported by doctors and therapists, enabling flexible rehabilitation follow-up. We are looking for a creative and strategically thinking design talent to support our 6-member marketing team with thoughtful visual concepts and attention-grabbing informational materials.

In Short

• Conceptualization and design of marketing materials for online & print (e.g., flyers, brochures, presentations, event graphics, sales materials, one-pagers)
• Development and implementation of graphics for website, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, etc.
• Responsibility for and further development of our visual brand identity (CI/CD)
• Close collaboration with marketing, sales, CSM, and other internal stakeholders as well as freelancers/agencies
• Independent thinking on how design and text can be strategically combined to communicate our messages clearly and effectively
• Creation and editing of videos (e.g., case studies, event highlights, product videos, social clips, motion graphics) - If you don't have this skill yet, you can manage external suppliers (video freelancers/agencies)

Requirements

• Education and ideally professional experience in communication design, media design, or a comparable qualification, also welcome as a career changer with relevant experience
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and possibly Canva
• Initial experience in video editing (cutting, motion graphics)
• A good eye for detail, typography, and layout as well as a strong brand understanding
• High quality standards, initiative, and strategic thinking - ideally also a strong understanding of marketing and target audience communication
• Ability to work independently and actively contribute ideas - this is not a purely implementation role
• Very good to good German language skills in spoken and written form - you don't have to be perfect in German, but since we create materials with text in German, you should be able to understand and independently conceptualize text/image or video combinations
