Content Designer, Multimedia - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Designer, Multimedia to join our growing team on a contract basis. You will be instrumental in creating animated videos and high-impact downloadable assets that educate prospects and accelerate our sales cycles.

In Short

• Own the full animation pipeline—concept, storyboard, style frame, asset creation, motion, sound design, QA, and delivery.
• Produce short-form content to support marketing and sales goals.
• Maintain and evolve a motion-design system aligned with CaryHealth brand guidelines.
• Design short and long-form collateral (case studies, white papers, guides, special reports).
• Establish template systems in Figma to drive consistency and production speed.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Clinical teams to translate technical features into customer-friendly visuals.
• Present creative concepts to leadership and manage timelines.
• Monitor motion-design and content-marketing trends in SaaS/healthtech.
• Track performance metrics to refine creative strategy.
• Collaborate with writers to transform data into scannable layouts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design/animation and marketing content design.
• Advanced command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and one or more 3-D or motion-graphics tools.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Figma, or equivalent for long-form collateral and template creation.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a range of explainer animations and multi-page marketing assets.
• Solid grasp of animation principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Strong project-management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to quality.
