Overview

The Customer Service Associate will provide a great online shopping experience for customers, focusing on sales and customer feedback.

In Short

Providing a great online shopping (buying/selling) experience, listening to customer feedback, and acting on it.
Working independently to grow online sales and monthly sales targets.
Being passionate about secondhand products and having confident conversations with customers.
Maintaining stock record accuracy and being prepared for stock control routines.
Performing any other ad-hoc tasks related to the role as required by the Company.

Requirements

Strong sales and customer service skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Flexible and able to handle various tasks effectively.
Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the Company.
