Overview

Carousell Group is seeking a Client Success Intern to assist the sales team and gain insights into the property market during a 3-month internship.

In Short

• 3-month internship from January to March 2025.
• Work from home arrangement.
• Support sales team by sourcing leads online.
• Engage in administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with business units and stakeholders.
• Must have a school recommendation for internship.
• Strong interest in online marketplaces, especially real estate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Ability to multitask and follow procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
• Good communication skills (Verbal and Written Communications, English and Filipino).
• Strong attention to details and desire to follow procedures and clearly give instructions.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical issues.
• Strong interest in and understanding of online marketplaces preferably real estate, cars and other services.
• Proficiency on basic essential platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Suite etc.)
• Must have a recommendation with the school (Internship Requirement from school)
• Can do internship for 3 months
