In Short

• Support the implementation of mental and behavioral health reporting tools.
• Manage data collection for various quality initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on reporting platforms.
• Serve as a liaison with mental health providers and state agencies.
• Develop expertise in behavioral health programs and quality measures.
• Provide technical assistance for quality measure implementation.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain data quality.
• Assist with preparation of program reports and communications.
• Participate in statewide workgroups and policy meetings.
• Support community health organizations across Colorado.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience with behavioral health organizations.
• Understanding of Medicaid programs and mental health initiatives.
• Knowledge of behavioral health data and workflows.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred experience with behavioral health data systems.
