Overview

The Coalition Builder & CE Associate position coordinates, analyzes and interprets coordinated entry data for community planning purposes and supports the Planning Team in community planning activities and facilitation.

In Short

  • Present up-to-date, high-quality coordinated entry data analysis to internal and external leaders.
  • Support and perform coordinated entry data management and administrative activities.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training for regional partner organizations participating in the CE system.
  • Facilitate Coordinated Entry Case Review meetings.
  • Support learning opportunities to strengthen knowledge of best practices for planning and coordinated entry.
  • Work collaboratively with the HMIS Unit for strategic planning.
  • Adapt to changing work priorities and maintain a professional attitude.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years working in a non-profit or community-based organization.
  • Associate degree preferred, or two years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Human Services preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creativity and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Access to reliable transportation required.
