Overview

As a Relocation Specialist at Careloop, you will be responsible for facilitating the relocation process of candidates moving to Germany, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into their new environment.

In Short

• Manage relocation logistics including housing, travel, and coordination with candidates and clients.
• Travel across Germany to assist candidates in their relocation.
• Provide personal support to candidates before and after their arrival.
• Organize and lead integration seminars for cultural orientation.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team.
• Be a reliable point of contact for candidates' concerns.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Possess empathy and a passion for working with people.
• Fluent in German (minimum B2) and good English (minimum B1); additional languages are a plus.
• Enjoy dynamic projects with social relevance.
