In Short

• Communicate with prospective resident leads via phone, text, and email.
• Provide rental information and schedule appointments.
• Conduct all communications consistent with the Company’s Customer Service Program.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from leads.
• Coordinate appointments using the Knock system.
• Create guest cards in Knock with prospect data.
• Provide daily totals of calls, emails, and appointments to the manager.
• Meet daily conversion rates and department requirements.
• Weekend work required.
• This is a work from home position for candidates near Richmond.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; college background preferred.
• At least 2 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in a remote environment preferred.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good public relations and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to retain important information.
