Quality Engineer (AI Assistant, On-Device Applications) - Remote

Overview

We are building IrisGo, an AI assistant designed to automate tasks and improve productivity. We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the robustness and reliability of our on-device AI applications.

In Short

• Own the test strategy and quality process across the product stack.
• Design and implement automated tests for various workflows.
• Set up and maintain CI pipelines for multiple device configurations.
• Perform exploratory, regression, and stress testing.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on acceptance criteria.
• Develop tools to monitor product performance and reliability.
• Reproduce and document bugs for engineering resolution.
• Drive a quality-first mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA or Quality Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for high-quality user experiences.
